The village
Ampelas in Paros is one of the quietest and most picturesque settlements of the island. It is characterized by the traditional architecture of the Cycladic houses and the green vineyards that surround it. It offers stunning views of the sea and nearby Naxos.
The beach
Ampelas beach is a small, natural beach with clear blue waters and white sand where can find sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. Located along the beach, there are traditional taverns as well as beach bars, offering food and drinks.

Within walking distance from Casa Polymnia you can find various small secluded beaches, which are worth visiting. Make sure to bring along an umbrella and some water.
The cosmopolitan Naoussa, one of the most famous seaside resorts of the Cyclades, is located at only 4 km from Ampelas. Visit the Venetian castle and the very picturesque harbor and explore the northern beaches of the island.
